Contact your supplier
If you’re worried about your bill, contact your supplier as soon as you can. The Ofgem rules say that suppliers have to work with you to agree on a payment plan you can afford. You can ask for:
- A review of your payments and debt repayments
- Payment breaks of reductions
- More time to pay
- Access to hardship fund
